On March 26, 2026, the Vietnam Women's Academy in coordination with relevant units organized the VWA Job Fair 2026.
Expanding career opportunities for students
The program has the participation of 20 businesses in many key fields such as Information Technology, Communications, Business, Law, Education and Tourism. The units bring thousands of recruitment targets, focusing on graduating students and final year students of the Academy.
Mr. Tran Van Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Training, said that organizing job fairs is a practical solution to link theory with practice, helping learners access the labor market early.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quang Tien - Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy affirmed that this is an activity of strategic significance, aimed at developing skills, creating an environment for students to experience reality and connect directly with reputable business networks.

From the perspective of a connection support unit, Mr. Ta Van Thao - Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center expressed his expectation that the cooperative relationship between the Academy and the Center will continue to be strengthened to expand career opportunities for students in the context of a competitive labor market.
Students actively seize opportunities
At the festival, hundreds of students gathered at booths to learn information and submit capacity profiles (CVs). Many students said they had researched the list of businesses in advance to actively participate in consulting.

Student Nguyen Thu Ha, a Multimedia Communications major student, said: "I have prepared my CV and carefully researched the participating businesses. Direct exchange helps me receive specific feedback from employers, thereby clearly understanding the areas I need to improve further.
For non-graduate students, the event is an opportunity to orient careers early and an opportunity to accumulate experience for later.
Tran Minh Anh, a 3rd-year student majoring in Business Administration, shared that the goal when coming to the festival is to experience a real recruitment environment to have a suitable training plan for the final year.
