According to regulations, from April 21, candidates will start registering for the 2025 high school graduation exam; the registration time is until 5:00 p.m. on April 28.
The Exam Management System of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) will organize a functional course to register for the 2025 high school graduation exam, at 5:00 p.m.
Data on the system up to 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 2025, the total number of registered contestants is 1,165,289
Candidates 12 (2018 General Education Program) are 1,122,507 (accounting for 96.33%).

The Ministry of Education and Training simplifies procedures for considering promotion of teachers' professional titles
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Decision No. 1137/QD-BGDDT announcing a list of internal administrative procedures related to the consideration of promotion of professional titles for teachers from preschool to university.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training will handle procedures for promotion for lecturers of pedagogical universities and colleges (grade I, II), while local authorities will handle procedures for preschool, primary, secondary and high school teachers (grade I, II).
The disclosure and standardization of procedures aims to improve transparency, reduce time and costs for teachers and educational institutions, and at the same time implement Resolution 66/NQ-CP on administrative procedure reform for the period 2022-2025. Proposal not to transfer key universities to the Ministry of Education and Training
The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued Document No. 1811 to request the Ministry of Education and Training (Education and Training) not to transfer multidisciplinary universities, multi -fields, key and in -depth schools of the Ministry, branches and localities to the Ministry of Education and Training. The Ministry of Home Affairs also requested the Ministry of Education and Training to report to the Government and the Prime Minister to abandon the task of developing a relevant project in Appendix II of the Action Program to implement Resolution 57.

The Ministry of Home Affairs proposes that the Ministry of Education and Training focus on perfecting institutions, mechanisms, and policies to promote autonomy for higher education institutions; overcoming difficulties in organizing activities; creating conditions to improve the quality of human resource training to meet the requirements of socio-economic development. At the same time, coordinate with ministries, branches and localities in arranging and investing in the development of higher education institutions according to the approved plan.
In addition, the Ministry of Education and Training is required to direct higher education institutions to develop autonomy projects on organizational structure, personnel and finance; Guaranteed to the end of 2025 autonomy is spent recurrent. Students in arduous and toxic occupations get tuition reduced
According to Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP, public university tuition is determined according to the roadmap for ensuring educational services, with the tuition ceiling level prescribed for each branch and each school year. The schools are not allowed to overcome the ceiling, except for the training program that has been tested for quality, then the school will determine the tuition fee itself. Every year, the roadmap to increase tuition fees announced by schools in the admission project, with a common increase from 8-15%.
Regarding Mr. N.V.H's question regarding the policy of paying tuition fees for students studying arduous and toxic professions, the Ministry of Education and Training said that according to the provisions of Decree 81/2021/ND-CP, students studying professions on the list of arduous and toxic professions prescribed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will receive a 70% tuition reduction.
