Efforts to restore schools, prepare for the new school year 2025 - 2026

From late July to early August, heavy rain in the northern and north central mountainous provinces caused flash floods and landslides, causing many schools to be devastated and facilities to be severely damaged. In Dien Bien alone, 7 students died, many classrooms had collapsed roofs, sunk, and teaching equipment was swept away.
