Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper published an article "Unstable salaries, contract teachers wait wearily for recruitment into the payroll" reflecting the situation of dozens of teachers and contract employees in Quynh Luu district, despite having worked for many years, having achievements, and meeting the standards, but have not been recruited into the payroll.
Mr. Ho Anh Dung was born in 1979, has a bachelor's degree in education, and in 2006 worked as a contract teacher at Quynh Tan Secondary School.
In 2008, he was recruited by the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district under a contract with social insurance, working at Quynh Tan Secondary School, teaching Civic Education.
Since then, it has been 18 years, Mr. Dung has worked here and has had many achievements and contributions to the school.
He only received a low salary, and through many recruitment rounds, he was still only a contract teacher because he did not have a permanent position.
Not only Mr. Dung, but in Quynh Luu district, about 20 teachers and school staff are in the same situation.
It is known that in this recruitment round, all the above teachers and staff were put on the payroll.
