Q.H said that there is currently an online high school diploma verification request through http://truyxuatvanbang. naric. edu. vn/, but when entering the correct and complete information, the diploma information cannot be found.
Regarding the above question, the City Center for Communication, Data and Digital Technology said that in order to strengthen and improve the quality of high school diploma management; ensure the rights and interests of individuals and organizations in accessing information about the issuance of high school diplomas according to the guidance in Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BGDDT dated November 29, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
To look up information about high school diplomas, users access the following link: http://truyxuatvanbang. naric. edu. vn/ then enter the following information:
Certificate issuing unit;
Equal number;
Number in the certificate book;
Full name to look up;
Type confirmation and then perform a search to look up the results.
The system will give a lookup result including information: Full name, degree number, number of degree book, graduation year and qualifications.
In case it cannot be searched, people can contact the Technical Center for Diploma Recognition, under the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training for support.
