On February 9th, Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted organized the 2026 Spring Festival program with many meaningful activities, bringing a joyful atmosphere to welcome the Binh Ngo New Year. The activities also contribute to spreading traditional cultural values and strengthening international exchanges in the school environment.
A special point is that the program has the presence of international guests: Ms. Ton Suong - Wife of the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Vietnam; Mr. La Dieu Quang - Education Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Vuong Dinh Quan - First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Nakashima Yusuke - Second Secretary in charge of education of the Japanese Embassy; Mr. Ogasawara Manabu - Third Secretary in charge of Japanese language teaching at the Japanese Embassy.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Ms. Tran Thuy Duong, Principal of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, said that the Spring Festival includes experiential educational activities of practical significance, contributing to fostering the love of traditional culture, while creating an environment for students to develop skills and strengthen the spirit of international integration.

Within the framework of the 2026 Spring Festival, students will experience many activities such as: Displaying five-fruit trays at booths; introducing Vietnamese - Chinese, Vietnamese - Japanese cultural spaces to international guests; writing calligraphy, making Tet decorations,...

The products are elaborately and creatively prepared, with unique and diverse art programs and folk games, contributing to creating a vibrant festival atmosphere, bringing a space to experience the beauty of customs and habits of the nation, strengthening cohesion, and at the same time contributing to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values.
Teachers and students have helped the Spring Festival become a cultural exchange bridge, showing the spirit of international integration of school students.
Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted is a pioneer school in bringing STEM content into the curriculum, creating opportunities for students to access scientific and technical thinking from an early age.
Within the framework of the program, guests visited the "STEM Innovation 57" room - a typical space, the pride of the school. Teachers and students of the school were proud to introduce the displayed products as well as high achievements in scientific and technical innovations.
Guests expressed their desire to become a bridge to promote exchange, connection and cooperation in the STEM field in the coming time.
The delegation also visited the school's tradition room and booths displaying Tet Nguyen Dan 2026 products for students of all classes.
The 2026 Spring Festival closed with a summary and award ceremony for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
