In this round, more than 1,000 volunteers will participate at 32 exam locations, accompanying more than 22,000 candidates taking the high school graduation exam.
The organizing committee has established a provincial-level information reception channel to promptly support candidates and deploy online psychological counseling programs, helping them reduce stress and increase confidence before the exam.
The organization was carefully prepared with 3 training sessions for 200 volunteers. Many teams are deployed simultaneously such as a survey team and resource mobilization team, a competition procedure consulting team and exam room diagram, a logistics team...
The program plans to give 1,500 free meals, 25,200 bottles of water, 50 boxes of milk, 1,000 shirts, hats, 10,000 pens and 4 scholarships to candidates in difficulty. The total value of the gifts is about 300 million VND.
Before the contest, provincial volunteer teams organized many fundraising and communication activities.
During the exam, volunteers are on duty at the exam locations to support water distribution, rice, milk, consult on exam room plans, pick up and drop off candidates... Thereby, contributing to ensuring the exam takes place safely and thoughtfully.
