On September 13, the Hanoi Capital Command held a ceremony to honor outstanding and outstanding students; students in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties and study well in the 2024-2025 school year.
This is an annual activity, demonstrating the concern of the Party Committee, leaders of the Hanoi Capital Command and leaders and commanders at all levels for the children of cadres and employees in the Capital Command.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan - Deputy Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command - praised 99 outstanding and outstanding students; children with difficult circumstances, serious illnesses, overcoming difficulties to study well; and affirmed that this program contributes to encouraging and motivating students to strive, study, practice, overcome difficulties to achieve higher academic achievements.
Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan suggested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to pay more attention so that the children have more motivation to strive. In particular, it is necessary to organize activities to promote learning and talent; spread the spirit of studiousness, so that in 2026 - the 80th anniversary of the Capital Armed Forces' Traditional Day, there will be more students who are children of cadres and employees in the Command to be commended and rewarded.
Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan also expressed his wish that families create better conditions for their children's learning, training and striving; each family is truly a "small school, a place to nurture personality - train physical training - nurture the soul" for the children; each parent truly becomes a "teacher", a shining example for the children, so that the children can study and believe.
Up to now, the Hanoi Capital Command has organized a meeting and honored more than 650 students with high achievements in exams and children with difficulty, serious illnesses, and overcoming difficulties to study well. Every year, over 98% of agencies and units under the Command have children of officers and employees who are honored; each year, there are children who win high prizes in national and city competitions.
