The project at A Luoi 3 is built on a new area of over 4.866 hectares to serve 1,527 students (including 160 boarding students), with classrooms, libraries, dormitories, dining halls, public housing, and sports fields; at the same time, upgrading Hong Thai and Hong Thuong Primary School (more than 500 boarding students). Total investment: 232 billion VND, completed before August 30, 2026.
At A Luoi 4, the school serves 1,842 students (200 boarding students) on an area of 4.99 hectares, including a central school and renovated two schools in A Roang 2 and Ka Roong - A Ho villages; invested in administrative items, libraries, dormitories, and sports fields. Total investment: VND 278.5 billion, completed before August 30, 2026.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized that the two projects will improve learning and safe living conditions for students in border areas, demonstrating the Party and State's concern for mountainous areas. At the same time, the Hue City government is committed to mobilizing resources, closely monitoring progress, and ensuring quality completion to serve the new school year 2026 - 2027.
