Candidate N.V.T asked, if candidates who have graduated from high school in 2025 are considered for university admission by assessing their abilities and high school transcripts (not re-taking graduation exams), can they reuse their 2025 account, or must they create a new account? If they have to create a new account, how to create an account?
The Ministry of Education and Training said that candidates who have graduated from high school in 2025 (without re-exam) and are considered for university admission by assessing their abilities and high school transcripts need to be provided with an account to register for admission to training institutions in 2026. The 2025 account cannot be reused.

Creating new accounts for candidates according to the guidance at point 5, section I of Official Dispatch No. 2304/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated May 4, 2026 on guiding university and college admissions 2026:
5. Candidates who have graduated from high school, intermediate level, (free candidates) who need to register for admission but have not yet registered personal information on the System must register to be granted an account to use for admission from May 1 to May 2026, specifically as follows:
- Download the personal information registration form (Appendix VI) and fill in the information on the form;
- Submit the form at the receiving point (according to regulations and instructions of the Department of Education and Training where the candidate is permanently residing) to receive account information and enter personal information into the System, serving the enrollment work".
