According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on the morning of August 31, the Central Circus is one of the attractions for many visitors, especially families with young children. The area in front of the theater is bustling from early morning, many parents bring their children to watch performances during the holidays.
Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa - a seller outside the Central Circus - said that the number of customers during this occasion is significantly higher than on normal days.
Recently, more customers have come to the cinema than before. There are days when tickets are sold out. Compared to before, the number of customers has improved significantly, especially on weekends and holidays," Ms. Hoa said.
Not only Hanoi people, many tourists from provinces also choose circuses as entertainment spots during their vacation.
Ms. Thieu Thi Hoa (Phu Tho) said that this is the first time she has come to the Central Circus and was quite surprised by the audience and scale of the performance program.
This is my first time here, I didn't think the number of visitors would be so large. The play is invested in grandly, the atmosphere is lively and attractive. I think this is a very worthwhile place for families to bring young children to watch," Ms. Hoa shared.
In the West Lake area, entertainment venues located in shopping centers also attract many visitors. The aquarium at Lotte Mall West Lake is one of the locations chosen by many families, especially groups of customers with young children.
Indoor space, many experiential activities and programs for children make this type of entertainment a suitable choice during long holidays.
Ms. Phan Thi Huyen Trang (Hung Yen) said that her family went to Hanoi to have fun during the National Day holiday on September 2nd. Although they had booked aquarium tickets online beforehand, when they arrived, her family still had to queue because of the large number of customers.
“Playgrounds and tourist destinations are crowded this time, but the atmosphere is very cheerful, and the children are also excited. After visiting the aquarium, my family plans to go to President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum. I want the children to both have fun and have the opportunity to nurture their love for their homeland and country,” Ms. Trang shared.
In addition to free entertainment venues, people and tourists in Hanoi also have more choices to visit on National Day September 2nd.
Hanoi City People's Committee has agreed to open free visits to scenic spots, historical relics and paid cultural works in the city on September 2nd.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism had a proposal on free visits on National Day. Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha agreed with this proposal, and at the same time assigned relevant units to organize implementation to ensure the right subjects, publicity and transparency.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is also assigned to coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies to review and advise on the mechanism of free visits to scenic spots, historical relics, and cultural works with fees managed by the city on important holidays and events.
The fact that many entertainment venues are entering peak season to welcome guests, along with the free sightseeing policy on September 2nd, is creating more choices for people and tourists during this year's National Day holiday.
