On June 11, at Nghe An University, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the plans of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; Launching ceremony of the "digital education in civil affairs" movement and opening the Electronic Information Portal to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of Nghe An province. The conference was held directly in coordination with online to the headquarters of the People's Committees at the district and commune levels.
Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW sets out the task of making breakthroughs in the development of science, technology and national digital transformation. Nghe An province identifies digital transformation as not only a tool but also a driving force, creating strong development opportunities, narrowing the gap between regions and improving the quality of service for people.

Nghe An province has quickly taken action by establishing a provincial Steering Committee, issuing an action plan with 6 key tasks and 8 groups of breakthrough solutions. In particular, digital infrastructure, digital institutions, digital human resources and open data are identified as important pillars to promote digital transformation.
The "Digital learning movement" was launched with the goal of helping every Nghe An resident, from old to young, to be able to use a smartphone, make electronic payments, access public services, protect personal data, and study for life through digital platforms. This is a national campaign, to ensure that no one is left behind in the digital transformation process.
Along with launching the "Digital Citizen Education" movement, the Nghe An Province Resolution 57-NQ/TW Electronic Information Portal has been launched, which will be a companion tool for agencies, organizations and people in monitoring the progress of the Resolution, sharing initiatives and enhancing interaction between the government and the people.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh emphasized that the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and launching the "Digital crop education" movement is a drastic step for the province in pioneering digital transformation.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh called on the entire political system, business community, intellectuals, and people of all walks of life to join hands to act with the spirit of "Breakthrough thinking - Resolutely acting - Unity of all people - Leading innovation".
Also at the ceremony, delegates signed a commitment to carry out the movement, with support from telecommunications enterprises in the province to give digital technology gifts to the community. The "Digital education platform", deployed by the Ministry of Public Security and the University of Science and Technology, has been officially operated since April 1, 2025. Citizens can access the learning platform via the Internet on popular devices, providing online learning capabilities with the support of AI technology.
