After the flood, Ha Tinh still has 2 schools that are giving students a day off

Ha Tinh - Due to low-lying areas and slow water drainage, there are still 2 schools in Cam Binh commune that have not resumed teaching.

On the afternoon of November 6, information from the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh said that the whole province still has Cam Vinh Kindergarten and Cam Vinh Primary School (in the old Cam Vinh commune) with a total of 23 classes, 684 students are absent from school due to flooding schoolyards and localized flooding of residential roads.

It is expected that after the water recedes, the two schools above will still have to clean up and disinfect, so it is likely that next week (November 10) teaching will be able to return to normal.

Previously, due to floods, from October 31, the whole province of Ha Tinh had 51 676 educational institutions with 36,768 students having to stay home from school. After the water receded, many schools immediately started cleaning up mud, general cleaning, disinfection and then resumed teaching.

Participating in cleaning schools after floods are police forces, the army, officials of local organizations, parents and staff and teachers of schools.
