On February 4th, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) issued a notice to parents of students regarding some contents related to the enrollment at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training said that it is currently recording a number of subjects impersonating first-level enrollment officials of the Department; officials in charge of enrollment in schools to contact parents to collect personal information or provide false information about first-level enrollment.
To protect the rights of parents and students, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training informs parents as follows:
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, schools and enrollment support teams do not proactively call to discuss enrollment with parents.
Official and unofficial information related to the first-level entrance exam is available at the website: https://tuyensinhdaucap. hcm. edu. vn/, school websites and official documents through the school.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training recommends that parents absolutely do not provide personal information, bank accounts, OTP codes or pay unofficial fees when someone calls.
When there is a need for questions, parents need to contact the school or homeroom teacher directly.
Previously, from February 3rd, the first-level enrollment portal https://tuyensinhdaucap. hcm. edu. vn was opened for parents to access, check, and confirm information.
The information review aims to build an accurate and complete source of student data in the enrollment age group. Ensure that data meets the 4 criteria "correct, complete, clean, live" (accurate, complete information of data fields, not duplicated and updated regularly) to effectively serve the statistical work of students in the enrollment age group.
