On November 3, information from Cao Bang Provincial Police said that while performing the task of checking alcohol concentration at Km346+200 National Highway 4A, in Hamlet 2, Bao Lac Commune, the working group of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) discovered two students driving a motorbike without helmets.
When the authorities signaled to stop the vehicle, N.C.A. (born in 2008) carrying H.N.G.B. (born in 2010) did not comply but increased the speed to run away.
After investigation and invitation to work, the police determined that the two students violated many violations, including: not obeying the order of the traffic controller; people underage to drive the vehicle; not wearing a helmet; the vehicle without a rearview mirror and the error of handing over the vehicle to someone who was not qualified to drive.
The total fine for the above acts is 17 million VND.
The Traffic Police Department warned that the act of fleeing and avoiding traffic inspection is very dangerous, potentially causing accidents for the driver and those around.
