Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province recommends that units and localities proactively and promptly adjust the teaching plan in schools; the extra teaching and learning plan; reviewing the excellent student exam, reviewing the high school graduation exam and reviewing the 10th grade entrance exam that have been developed since the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. Adjusting the final subject plan needs to focus on completing the core content early, to have time to ensure that students review and practice effectively.
Promote the effectiveness of the school's human resources, facilities and existing funding to develop a plan to organize extra teaching and learning in schools, ensuring scientific, appropriate, and in accordance with regulations, especially for senior students.
Arrange funding for extra teaching and learning in schools from the funding sources allocated to units in 2025; develop internal spending regulations, including regulations on spending on organizing extra teaching and learning; strengthen the management of extra teaching and learning inside and outside schools, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Deploy solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the unit's education, focusing on a number of contents such as: improving the quality of regular teaching hours, guiding and supervising students' self-study to achieve efficiency, encouraging students to self-study and study through software, video lectures, review websites, etc.
Flexibly arrange direct, online teaching solutions, or a combination of direct and online. A teacher can teach many students to organize effective review.
Implement the differentiation of students, thereby prioritizing the arrangement of teachers to guide and help students have unsatisfactory or satisfactory learning results; instruct students with good and good learning outcomes to self-study and review according to individuals or groups.
Prioritize the arrangement of teachers with good professional and technical capacity to teach students in the final exam, limit the assignment of these teachers to take on other concurrent tasks. In case the funding cannot be arranged to encourage and motivate teachers, the school can organize additional knowledge teaching to meet the wishes of students (especially students with unsatisfactory academic results), but does not collect money from students.
Innovating the organization method, guiding students to research documents, providing documents and exam questions for students to review themselves. Adjust the school's emulation criteria, promptly detect, commend, reward and replicate the examples of collectives and individuals who teach and review without money, are dedicated, dedicated, devoted to students, and achieve high efficiency in education.
