Regarding the case of teachers and principals of Tram Tau Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities fighting at a party to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, according to Lao Dong's private source, the Standing Committee of Tram Tau Commune Party Committee has assigned the commune police to investigate and verify to investigate the violations.
On the same day, speaking with reporters, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Nam (the teacher in the incident) said that he had been discharged from the hospital and had submitted a report to the authorities to report to the principal of Tram Tau Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities for beating and causing hospitalization injuries.
According to Mr. Nam, on the evening of November 19, the school held a party to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day at Hien Dao restaurant (in Tram Tau commune).
When the party was about to end, Mr. Nam approached Mr. Thanh ( Principal) about the teachers' allowances for work expenses and overtime teaching for the 2024-2025 school year.
"At that time, Mr. Thanh slapped me in the face, then went down to continue slapping and punching me with a rock from my feet to my head (the most affected part was my head and face). In the evening, when he returned to his room at school, Mr. Thanh continued to beat me, bleeding from my mouth and nose. The next morning, I vomited due to blood loss and head and eye injuries, and whole body pain, so I had to be hospitalized for treatment, said Mr. Nam.

"During my stay in the hospital, Mr. Thanh directly and indirectly threatened and propagated the lie. I myself was very upset, so I signed a commitment with the hospital to ask for early discharge to report the incident to the authorities, said Mr. Nam.
The male teacher also said that he is still taking medicine due to endorscopic trauma ( head injury, inside injury), and his health is not stable.
According to Mr. Nam, after the incident, the police agency also worked with the relevant parties and conducted mediation but was unsuccessful.
"On the evening of November 20, Mr. Thanh came to the hospital to apologize to me 8 times, but he punched in the pocket, it was not sincere, so I decided to follow the incident until the end," Mr. Nam emphasized.

Also on the morning of December 1, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Principal said: "I do not threaten to trip up Mr. Nam, anyone would do such a trick, this is all fabricated. Regarding the problem of traumatic brain injury, Mr. Nam has a certificate from a hospital in Hanoi because he fought with his wife's brothers in early 2024 and had to take 2 months off for treatment".
According to Mr. Thanh, on the day of the incident, Mr. Nam was drunk, threatened and fought with parents, the village chief and was beaten by people. Teacher Nam hit him in the face once and Mr. Thanh slapped Mr. Nam once.
"The commune police have almost finished investigating and reported to the province and the commune. The Party Committee of Tram Tau commune has also met with relevant parties and will discipline them in the future for disturbing public order," informed the Principal of Tram Tau Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.
On November 27, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with agencies and units to rectify discipline, order, public ethics and management in the field of education and training.
