On June 30, the Ministry of Education and Training issued a document approving the merger of Yen Bai College into Yen Bai Vocational College.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province directed relevant agencies and units to hand over and receive the personnel, finances, assets, and learners of Yen Bai College to Yen Bai Vocational College in accordance with the provisions of law.
The merger and reorganization process must ensure normal operations, legitimate and legal rights and interests of the parties involved according to the Project to merge Yen Bai College into Yen Bai Vocational College; do not let negativity, loss or waste of finance and assets occur.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
The Chief of Office, Director of the Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee, Principal of Yen Bai Vocational College, Principal of Yen Bai College and Heads of relevant units and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
