On March 24, information from the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the unit had just issued a document assigning the Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs to preside over and urgently clarify the content reflecting on the fact that 191 teachers have not been re-arranged in salary after being recruited as civil servants for many years.

At the same time, handle and completely resolve the violations (if any), report to the Provincial People's Committee the verification results before April 7, 2025.
According to research, in the period of 2018 - 2024, in Hoang Hoa district, 191 teachers were recruited as civil servants. However, the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district did not rearrange teachers' salaries and seniority allowances according to the provisions of law, leading to the rights of teachers being affected and disadvantaged.
The People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district said that the reason for the above incident is that the regulations do not clearly state whether the salary is calculated from the time the teacher is recruited into the civil service or from the time the regulation takes effect, so up to now, the unit has not re-arranged salaries for the above cases.
In addition, to resolve the rights of the above number of teachers, it is necessary to have nearly 14 billion VND and must report, waiting for the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to decide.
According to research, in other localities in Thanh Hoa province, when recruiting teachers at any time, local authorities need to promptly arrange salaries, ensuring the rights of teachers according to regulations.
