On May 27, the People's Committee of B'Lao ward said that the People's Committee of Lam Dong province has approved the allocation of 90 billion VND to deploy landslide remediation construction, continuing to complete the Bao Loc bypass road passing through B'Lao ward and Bao Loc ward 3 in 2026.

This funding is included in the total investment of 400 billion VND from the local budget approved by the Provincial People's Committee previously.
Currently, relevant units are completing procedures to soon deploy the construction of the remaining items on the southern Bao Loc bypass.

Previously, on April 16, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province approved the project to complete the Bao Loc bypass with a total budget of 400 billion VND to overcome damage and degradation, meet traffic needs and reduce the load on National Highway 20 section passing through Bao Loc area.
The project is about 15.5km long, passing through Bao Loc Ward 3 and B'Lao Ward, starting point at Km113+680 and ending point at Km128+800, connecting to National Highway 20.
The southern bypass of Bao Loc City (old) has a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, started in 2017 and is expected to be completed in 2019. However, the project is behind schedule and construction has been stopped since October 2020.

At the time of temporary suspension, the project was only about 70% completed and had been abandoned for many years.
During this time, many items were seriously degraded, and landslides and subsidence occurred, causing traffic unsafety.
In 2023, many traffic accidents occurred on this route, killing 3 people. After that, functional agencies erected barriers and warning signs prohibiting vehicles from traveling.
