Accordingly, from March 1, Hai Duong Provincial Police will carry out the decentralization of registration, issuance, and revocation of registration certificates and license plates for motor vehicles in the province as follows:
1. The Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Province Police carries out registration procedures for vehicles of confiscated origin; motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of 175 cm3 or more; cars and motorbikes with auctioned license plates throughout the province; cars, trailers, semi-trailers, vehicles with a structure similar to cars and specialized motorbikes of organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Hai Duong city; cars, motorbikes (or similar vehicles), specialized motorbikes of foreign organizations and individuals.
2. Commune, ward and town police:
For the Commune-level Police that have been decentralized to register motorbikes: Perform additional tasks of registering cars and specialized motorbikes for organizations and individuals with headquarters or residing in that locality.
For commune-level police who have not been classified as vehicle registration, the commune-level police where the district-level police previously have headquarters perform the task of registering specialized cars, motorbikes, and motorbikes of domestic organizations and individuals with headquarters and residence in the locality and communes, wards, and towns in that district, town, or city that have not been classified as vehicle registration.
Accordingly, Nguyen Trai Ward Police, Hai Duong City organizes the registration and issuance of license plates for motorbikes, specialized motorbikes, and mopeds (including electric motorbikes) to organizations and individuals headquartered and residing in Hai Duong City.
Similarly, An Luu Ward Police, Kinh Mon Town organizes the registration and issuance of vehicle license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in An Luu Ward.
Ke Sat Town Police, Binh Giang District organizes the registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Hung Thang, Thai Duong, Thai Hoa, Vinh Hung communes, Ke Sat town.
Thanh Ha Town Police, Thanh Ha District: organizes registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Thanh Ha Town, Thanh Tan Commune.
Lai Cach Town Police, Cam Giang District organizes registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Lai Cach Town, Cam Doai Commune.
Phu Thai Town Police, Kim Thanh District organizes the registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Phu Thai Town and, Lai Khe Commune, Dong Cam Commune.
Ninh Giang Town Police, Ninh Giang District organizes registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Ninh Giang Town, Hung Long Commune.
Tu Ky Town Police, Tu Ky District organizes the registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Tu Ky Town, Lac Phuong Commune, Ky Son Commune.
Nam Sach Town Police, Nam Sach District organizes the registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Nam Sach Town, Tran Phu Commune, Hong Phong Commune, Minh Tan Commune, Nam Tan Commune.
Gia Loc Town Police, Gia Loc District organizes the registration and issuance of license plates to organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Gia Loc Town, Gia Tien Commune, Quang Duc Commune.
Sao Do Ward Police, Chi Linh City: organizes vehicle registration and license plate issuance for organizations and individuals with headquarters or residence in Sao Do Ward, An Lac Ward, Ben Tam Ward, Co Thanh Ward, Dong Lac Ward, Hoang Tien Ward, Nhan Hue Commune, Bac An Commune, Hoang Hoa Tham Commune.
Tu Cuong Commune Police, Thanh Mien District: organizes vehicle registration and license plate issuance for organizations and individuals headquartered or residing in Thanh Mien Town, Tu Cuong Commune, Cao Thang Commune, Thanh Tung Commune, Chi Lang Nam Commune, Doan Ket Commune.
In addition to performing the first vehicle registration on the National Public Service Portal, people who need to carry out procedures related to vehicle registration and management can directly go to the commune-level police for settlement.
