80 meters of road has not been handed over land
The Cam Ly - Phuoc Thanh road is expected to become an important traffic axis connecting the western and northern urban areas of Da Lat. Thereby, contributing to promoting tourism, high-tech agriculture and trade.

The project has a length of about 8.9km, a roadbed width of 9m, a road surface width of 6m, and is designed according to the standards of grade III mountainous roads with a total investment of about 400 billion VND.
Real-world records of reporters on May 18 show that most of the road has taken shape with a spacious asphalt concrete pavement, replacing the old, narrow and degraded road before.
Mr. Nguyen Van Trung - a flower grower in this area - said that travel and transportation of agricultural products are now much more convenient. People along the route also expect that when the project is completed, it will open up more opportunities for economic and tourism development.

According to Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, the project has basically completed the route, the roadbed has been completed about 8.7/8.9km; the asphalt concrete road surface has reached about 82% of the volume.
However, the end of the route is still becoming a "bottleneck" for the entire project when there are still about 80 meters that cannot be constructed due to the site clearance of a household and the power pole system has not been relocated.
Determination to remove bottlenecks before the rainy season
At the end of the route, many machines and equipment are still gathered, but construction is slow due to lack of synchronous ground.

According to reporters' records, construction units can only excavate and level in the area that has been handed over. At the end of the route, red dust covers the unfinished area.
Mr. Nguyen Sy Hien - Construction Site Commander of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 - said that the unit has mobilized maximum manpower and machinery to accelerate progress.
However, the end of the route is still facing site clearance issues and power poles have not been relocated, so the construction unit cannot deploy synchronously," Mr. Hien said.

Identifying this as a project of important significance in connecting tourist areas such as Suoi Vang Lake, Vang Valley and the high-tech agricultural region, provincial leaders and local authorities are focusing on removing obstacles.
With the difficulties facing him, Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - directed the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with local authorities to continue to mobilize people to hand over land to complete the project.
Meanwhile, Mr. Hoang Xuan Hai - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Lang Biang ward - Da Lat - said that the majority of people agree with the policy of implementing the project.

The locality is coordinating with the Project Management Board to resolve problems related to compensation and support; and at the same time continue to mobilize the remaining households to hand over land.
In case of intentional non-compliance, it will be considered for handling according to regulations to ensure project progress.
Local people expect the "bottleneck" at the end of the route to be removed soon so that the 400 billion VND road can be completed and promote efficiency before this year's rainy season.
