The road project from My Lam mineral spring tourist area to National Highway 2D, connecting to Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway, is 8.8km long, with a total investment of 487 billion VND. The project started in 2022 and passes through Nhu Khe commune and My Lam ward.
This standard urban road is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. However, due to problems with site clearance and complex geology at some sections, construction has been prolonged.
Recorded on April 5, at the starting point of the project area intersecting with National Highway 37 and Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway intersection, the foundation is being built. At some sections, workers are carrying out sidewalk paving and drainage system construction.

On the entire route, most of the road surface has been paved with asphalt concrete. Auxiliary items such as sidewalks, drainage, lighting, and green trees have been constructed, and traffic safety signs and instructions are being installed.
This is a completely newly opened road and designed according to urban standards with a synchronous system of sidewalks, drainage, green trees and lighting.
When completed, it will open up urban development space and facilitate connection with the entertainment complex being implemented in My Lam ward.

For many people whose land is recovered for projects, the early completion of the road also helps stabilize their lives and develop the economy.
My old house has been demolished to get land for the road, the new house has also been built for more than a year now. I hope the road will be completed soon so I can continue to trade and develop the economy," Ms. Ban Thi Loi (My Lam ward) shared.
It is known that the road project from My Lam mineral spring tourist area to National Highway 2D, connecting to Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway, has a total land acquisition area of 37.63ha of 378 households.
