Railway increases Hanoi - Hai Phong route

Hanoi - To meet the travel needs of the people, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company has just announced an increase in the Hanoi - Hai Phong route.

According to a representative of the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, in order to serve the travel needs during the National Day on September 2, the unit will organize additional trains on the Hanoi - Hai Phong route. In addition to fixed, regular daily trains (4 pairs of trains/day), the railway industry will increase 7 more trains, specifically as follows:

August 30: More LP9 trains (Hanoi - Hai Phong), departing at Hanoi station at 7:15.

August 31: More LP9 trains run, departing at Long Bien station at 726, and LP10 train (Hai Phong - Hanoi), departing at Hai Phong station at 400.000.

September 1: Running the LP9 train (Long Bien - Hai Phong), departing from Long Bien station at 726, and LP10 train (Hai Phong - Gia Lam), departing from Hai Phong station at 16:30.

September 2: Running the LP9 train (Gia Lam - Hai Phong), departing at Gia Lam station at 7:43 and LP10 train (Hai Phong - Hanoi), departing at Hai Phong station at 16:30.

Also according to the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, due to the impact of storm No. 5 (storm Kajiki), the railway industry will temporarily suspend the operation of NA1, NA2 and SE9 trains starting on August 25, 2025. Passengers who have purchased tickets for these trips can return tickets at the station without charging; the return period is no more than 30 days from the date of stopping the train.
