Lam Dong - The DT.719B coastal road project consists of 2 sections: Hon Lan - Tan Hai and Phan Thiet - Ke Ga connected together, and is still facing land clearance problems.

On October 23, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province said that the DT.719B project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, is about 10.4 km long, with a total investment of 663 billion VND.

Currently, the construction volume has only reached about 32%, the site has been handed over about 94%, but there are still some locations that have not been cleared, causing the construction site to be cut off and not continuous.

For the project to renovate the coastal axis road DT.719B, Phan Thiet - Ke Ga section (25.6km long, total investment of VND 1,274 billion), 17.8 km from National Highway 1A to Suoi Nhum bridge has been put into operation.

With the progress still slow, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the construction unit of the Hon Lan - Tan Hai section to mobilize maximum human and material resources, deploy additional construction teams to ensure completion according to plan.

For the Phan Thiet - Ke Ga section, Mr. Hai suggested that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinate with Tan Quang Cuong Company to promptly hand over the site in regions 1 and 4 in October 2025; regions 2 and 3 need to speed up the land acquisition progress to hand over in March 2026.

DT.719B coastal road is a key traffic project, playing a strategic connecting role, contributing to promoting the development of tourism and the economy in the coastal area of Lam Dong province.

When completed, the route will create an axis connecting Phan Thiet - Ke Ga - LaGi, while attracting investment in Son My Industrial Park.
