On April 23, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai and the working delegation inspected the preparation for construction at some locations on 2 expressways.

The delegation surveyed the actual location of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway at locations such as the overpass at Km 186+819, Phu Hoi intersection (Duc Trong commune); deep excavation sections from Km 166+400 to Km 167+700 (Gia Hiep commune); Km 162+000 to Km 162+500 (Bao Thuan and Gia Hiep communes); and the section from Km 136+500 to Km 138+500 (Bao Lam 2 commune).
Next, the delegation inspected the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway at Ly Thai To intersection (Km 113 + 800) and sections Km 111 + 500 - Km 112, Km 108 + 800 - Km 109 + 800 in Bao Loc ward 2.

At the inspection points, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee listened to reports on construction preparation, the current status of the site and difficulties in the implementation process.
Among them, the biggest obstacle is site clearance and land recovery to hand over for the project.
Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested investors to urgently complete design documents, construction organization plans, proactively arrange human resources and equipment, and be ready for deployment by the end of April 2026.

Regarding site clearance work, relevant localities are required to focus on reviewing each location, thoroughly handling existing problems, not prolonging them; and at the same time strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to agree to hand over the site.
Departments and sectors need to closely coordinate and promptly remove difficulties in procedures, land, and finance, ensuring the overall progress of the project.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized the requirement that construction units must pay attention to the quality of the project, ensure labor safety and environmental protection throughout the implementation process.
At the same time, requesting investors and related units to proactively coordinate, promptly report, and propose solutions for consideration and direction.
