Accordingly, from March 5, the Department of Transport's reception and return of administrative procedure settlement results ( merged with the Department of Construction) will be transferred to the Tay Ho Public Administration Service Center Branch, floors 1, 2, 3, inter-bank buildings No. 258 Vo Chi Cong and No. 657 Lac Long District, Xuan La Ward (Tay Ho District).
Administrative procedures related to testing and granting road motor vehicle driving licenses are transferred to Hanoi City Police for implementation.
Thus, the Department of Transport's administrative procedure settlement and return department at 2 Phung Hung (Ha Dong district) and 16 Cao Ba Quat (Ba Dinh district) will receive and settle the procedures until February 28.
The Department of Receiving and returning results of handling district-level administrative procedures authorized by the Department to carry out administrative procedures for granting and exchanging driving licenses (including 13 districts, towns: Ung Hoa, My Duc, Phu Xuyen, Dong Anh, Son Tay town, Nam Tu Liem, Dan Phuong, Long Bien, Soc Son, Me Linh, Thanh Oai, Quoc Oai, Ba Vi) will receive documents directly until 11:00 on February 28 and synchronize data, hand over documents to the Hanoi Department of Transport before 14:00 on the same day to hand over to the City Police.
