Accordingly, at about 9 am on January 5, at km31+600 National Highway 47B, passing through village 27, Tho Ngoc commune, Thanh Hoa province, a traffic accident occurred between a truck with license plate 36H-046.9x driven by Pham Van Xuan (born 1989, residing in Dong Son ward) and a tractor-trailer with license plate 36H-046.0x, pulling trailer 36R-021.3x driven by Pham Van Tuyen (born 1994, residing in Kien Tho commune).
After the initial collision, the tractor-trailer continued to hit a car with license plate 36A-793.3x driven by Mr. Le Van H. (born 1984, residing in Quang Binh commune, Thanh Hoa province). There were 4 people in the car. The accident killed Mr. Le Van H. on the spot, another person was injured, and 3 cars were damaged.
According to initial information, the truck was moving in the direction of Nghi Son - Tho Xuan, when turning left to cross the road, it collided with a tractor-trailer going in the direction of Tho Xuan - Nghi Son. At that time, the car was also traveling in the direction of Nghi Son - Tho Xuan.
The preliminary cause was determined to be that the truck driver changed direction incorrectly, and the tractor-trailer driver did not slow down, leading to the accident.
