On March 6, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Department of Construction is reviewing the feasibility study report for the project to build routes in Zone 1 - Bien Hoa 1 Urban, Commercial and Service Area.
The project to build internal routes in Zone 1 - Bien Hoa 1 Urban and Service Area has been implemented by the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to prepare a feasibility study report to submit for appraisal and approval of the project, as a basis for the next step (construction drawing design - estimate, construction).
The project to build routes within Zone 1 - Bien Hoa 1 Urban Area for Trade and Service was approved by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 36/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2023 and implemented by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3461/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2023.
In particular, the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board was assigned as the project investor for implementation; assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City to prepare and submit for approval a project to exploit land funds adjacent to the project (about 36 hectares) in An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City.
According to the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the total investment capital for the construction of 3 roads in Inner Zone 1 - Bien Hoa 1 Urban, Commercial and Service Area is more than 318 billion VND.
The construction project of the above 3 routes is a group B project, a level 2 project with a road clearance of 24m. The project will construct a road section with a total length of more than 2km of the road sections of routes 2, 11, 12 and a drainage system, lighting, trees and traffic safety items of about 220m on Tran Quoc Toan Street.
According to the Project on Converting the functions of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improving the environment, there will be 2 project documents implemented including: The Provincial Political - Administrative Center Area Project, with an area of about 44 hectares and the Bien Hoa 1 Urban - Service and Commercial - Industrial Park Project with an area of over 283 hectares. Of which, area 1 of Bien Hoa 1 commercial and service urban area has an area of about 75 hectares.
