In lane 1 (from the median strip), add the P.127 sign "no passenger cars and trucks"; at the same time, adjust the R.412b sign "road for cars" to the R412f sign "road for cars".
In lanes 2 and 3 (from the median strip), adjust the license plate R.403a "road for cars" to license plate R.412f "road for cars".
The Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board is assigned to adjust the sign system, add a traffic safety system, and adjust paint lines according to the approved plan. The unit simultaneously monitors and assesses the traffic situation on the route to promptly detect inadequacies and propose appropriate adjustments to the traffic organization plan.
The Department of Construction requested the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police to coordinate in guiding traffic flow, ensuring traffic safety, limiting congestion; strengthening inspection and handling of cases of violations of traffic safety and order, urban order on the route and at intersections.
The Transport Inspection Departments and the Traffic Infrastructure Management Department coordinate with functional units to inspect and handle violations according to their functions; continue to monitor and evaluate the traffic situation to promptly propose adjustment plans and report to the Department of Construction leaders to suit the actual traffic situation on the route.
