At this time, motorbike with license plate 28F1-168.XX driven by Ms. Bui Thi N (born in 1981, residing in Roc hamlet, Huu Loi, Yen Thuy), carrying her nephew Bui Thanh H (born in 2009, Ms. N's son) was moving from Le Quy Don street (Hang Tram town) to National Highway 12B.
At the above location, the motorbike lost control, fell onto the road, and collided with a car with license plate 29H-576.XX driven by Mr. Do Kien V (born in 1990, residing in Thach Da commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city), which was moving from Yen Thuy to Nho Quan (Ninh Binh).
