Accordingly, on the morning of November 20, a group of 10 students, including: D.B.K, P.H.P, L.V.N.L, P.Q.M.C, D.D.A, T.D.D, D.H.T, B.B.A, N.H.P, P.N.T.L - all students of class 12A3, Huynh Thuc Khang High School (address 131, Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) came to school to attend the rally to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day.
At the end of the ceremony, this group of students used 5 motorbikes with license plates 29BA-020.XX, 29E1-948.XX, 29E2-426.XX, 29BD-037.XX, 29BD-061.XX to travel on Nguyen Trai Street to Chinh Kinh Street (Thanh Xuan District) to return the performance props. During the trip, this group of students did not wear helmets, some motorbikes even carried more people than the prescribed number...
On November 20, Traffic Police Team No. 7 invited 10 students and their parents to the unit's headquarters to work.
Based on the verification documents, the Traffic Police have drawn up administrative violation records for the 10 students mentioned above for committing violations such as: Not wearing helmets, carrying passengers on the vehicle without helmets, driving without rearview mirrors, people from 16 to under 18 years old driving motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of 50cm3 or more... temporarily detaining 5 related vehicles for handling.
In addition, the traffic police also drew up administrative violation records with the vehicle owners involved for "handing over the vehicle to a person who does not meet the conditions prescribed to drive the vehicle on the road".
Today (November 21), Traffic Police Team No. 7 in coordination with Thanh Xuan District Police had a meeting with the Board of Directors of Huynh Thuc Khang High School and 10 parents and students involved in the above incident.
At the meeting, Mr. Phan Nhu Hung - Principal of Huynh Thuc Khang High School - said that this is a lesson for the violating students in particular and all students of Huynh Thuc Khang High School in general.
At the same time, Mr. Hung said that no matter how much the authorities and schools try to propagate and prevent, it is not as good as the parents themselves managing their children. The school also requested the police to strictly handle cases of student violations.
