Anh Minh helps Oregon University golf team rank 3rd at The Prestige 2026 tournament

Golfer Nguyen Anh Minh and his teammates contributed to bringing the Oregon University golf team to 3rd place overall in the The Prestige 2026 tournament that just closed.

The Prestige 2026 golf tournament attracts 24 teams representing 24 West Coast Universities (USA). The rounds have been held until the end of February 19 (Vietnam time).

Nguyen Anh Minh is 1 of 5 members of the Oregon State University golf team competing in this tournament and started from the 1st day of Tet (February 17).

In the first round, after 18 rounds of competition, Anh Minh achieved an Even Par score. In the 2nd round, the Vietnamese golfer also achieved an Even Par score and in the 3rd round, Anh Minh kept the same Even Par score. At the end of 3 rounds of the tournament, Anh Minh personally had an Even Par score, so he ranked T12 on the rankings.

In the overall team results, the Oregon University golf team had a score of -1, so they finished 3rd overall. Ranked first at The Prestige 2026 is the Stanford University golf team with a total score of -5, and second place is the Texas Tech University golf team (-2).

The Prestige 2026 tournament is a competition program belonging to the NCAA sports tournament system for universities in the US. This is the 2nd competition program of Nguyen Anh Minh in the Oregon University golf team.

Previously, Nguyen Anh Minh competed in the Amer Ari Invitational 2026 and ranked 5th individual with a score of -17, while the Oregon University team ranked 8th in the overall result table.

This year, Nguyen Anh Minh is a first-year student at Oregon University.
