This is a specific action of BIDV in implementing major orientations of the Party and State in the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution 198/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on special mechanisms and policies for private economic development. This is also a response to the policy of modernizing tax management according to Decision 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on the Project to convert tax management methods for business households when eliminating contract tax; Decision 3352/QD-CT of the Tax Department on the Campaign "60 peak days of converting models from contract tax to declaration for business households".
Accompanying transformation and breakthroughs with Vietnamese business households
The shift to declaration tax is an inevitable trend, helping to build a transparent and fair business environment and creating conditions for businesses to easily prove revenue, access capital and expand scale. Recognizing this, on November 20, 2025, BIDV signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax sector, marking a new step forward in supporting business households to convert. BIDV coordinates tax policy propaganda, electronic invoice guidance, introduction of digital solutions to help manage revenue transparently, facilitate access to banking services; at the same time, participate in organizing activities to support business households to convert to declared or corporate taxes. This is a national coordination program between BIDV and the Tax sector, towards a transparent - digital business ecosystem.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department - emphasized that BIDV continues to demonstrate its pioneering role in providing financial technology solutions such as digital applications integrated with all-time tax payment utilities, sales management platforms and issuance of electronic invoices, and incentive programs for business households in 2025. At the same time, BIDV proactively coordinates with the Tax sector in communication and directly supports taxpayers at the facility, contributing to promoting the transformation of tax management methods and modernizing budget collection.
