On August 28, Tan Son Nhat Ward People's Committee organized a dialogue conference between local authorities and about 200 businesses and business households, combined with a bank connection program to support capital for economic development.
The ward currently has 7,965 business establishments, including more than 4,300 businesses and over 3,500 business households. This is an important force contributing to the local budget, directly solving employment and ensuring social security.

Ms. N.T. L, owner of a milk tea business, said that the business operation of the establishment has now become stable, procedures on taxes, technology application or loans are all convenient thanks to detailed guidance. Regarding the social insurance (SI) regulations for business households, Ms. L. has actively participated since the beginning of the year because she clearly sees long-term benefits. "However, today, coming to the conference, I hope to grasp more information about taxes and SI to implement better and avoid legal risks when doing business," Ms. L. said.
Mr. Pham Huu Hong, a food service businessman, raised inadequacies when operating on the electronic tax declaration application and issuing invoices. Mr. Hong said that the system is frequently congested, causing difficulties when updating invoices arising during the day. At the same time, he also expressed concern about the regulations on compulsory social insurance contributions for business households.

Recognizing this activity, Mr. Tran Thai Son - Vice Chairman of the Tan Son Nhat Ward Business Association assessed that the closeness of the ward government has removed many legal "bottlenecks". In the context of constantly updated tax regulations, dialogue sessions help people access accurate policies.
I hope these deep connection sessions will continue to be maintained and spread, helping business households confidently remove obstacles for development," Mr. Son shared.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Doan Van Du - Chairman of Tan Son Nhat Ward People's Committee emphasized that for the private economic sector to develop sustainably, the government must truly accompany, support and serve the people. The conference is an opportunity to directly listen to problems related to taxes, invoices, administrative procedures, digital transformation and access to capital.
Clarifying the regulations on compulsory social insurance for business households, Mr. Du said that the group paying taxes according to the declaration method is eligible to participate from July 1, 2025; the remaining groups will apply from July 1, 2029. The ward has coordinated with the social insurance agency to explain specifically about the subjects, contribution levels and benefits so that people can understand clearly and avoid worrying due to incomplete information.
