According to the decision to sanction violations, Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company committed 4 violations in the field of social insurance.
The above acts violated the provisions of Decree 12/2022/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of labor, social insurance, and Vietnamese workers working abroad under labor contracts.
As of November 30, 2024, this enterprise was late in paying compulsory social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for 108 employees, totaling more than 2 billion VND.
For these 4 violations, Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company was fined nearly 188 million VND.
This enterprise is required to pay the full amount of late and unpaid social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance. This enterprise is also required to pay interest on the late and unpaid insurance premiums as prescribed.
If within 10 days from the date of receipt of the penalty decision, this enterprise does not voluntarily comply, it will be subject to enforcement.
Previously, on January 3, many police officers and soldiers were present at house number 289 Ngo Duc Ke, Vinh City, Nghe An. This is the residence of Ms. Chu Thi Thanh - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company - a company specializing in petroleum trading.
On December 25, 2024, Nghe An Provincial Tax Department announced the public list of tax debtors and other State budget revenues with an amount of more than VND 1,297 billion, of which Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company owes more than VND 1,085 billion.
