On June 26, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Reporting at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Minh, General Director of Dakruco, informed that in 2024, the unit will carry out the work of arranging the organization, perfecting the management staff at the units and departments to ensure compliance with the procedures.
At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of leaders and managers of the company.
According to Dakruco, the unit currently has a total of 2,365 employees. Of which, indirect labor is 378 people (accounting for 15.98%) and 1,987 direct laborers (accounting for 84.02%).
In 2024, the average income of cadres, employees, and workers in the whole unit will reach 7.56 million VND/person/month of work. The salary was paid in full and on time.
The company must pay social insurance in full, not allowing the situation of affecting the regime of employees when they quit or retire.
In particular, in the work of paying the state budget, the unit's 2023 tax amount transferred to 2024 is 81.96 billion VND. The arising tax amount expected to be paid by the unit in 2024 is 56 billion VND (excluding late payment of land rent and un exempted and deducted land rent).
Up to now, after many efforts in production and business activities, Dakruco has completely paid tax debts from 2024 onwards.
According to Mr. Minh, up to now, the company has been granted the FSC-FM Sustainable Rubber Forest Management System certificate with an area of 1,121.76 hectares in 19/8 Farm and Phu Xuan. In addition, there is also an FSC-CoC certificate for the Rubber latex processing factory.
In 2024, the Company issued the first batches of EUDR-compliant FSC-FM/CoC latex products accepted by customers at good prices. Compliance with the regulations on deforestation of the Chau Tau Alliance has also been implemented promptly. Dakruco is the first company in the rubber industry to proactively adapt to EUDR regulations.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuong - Chairman of Dakruco's Board of Directors - said: "In 2025, the company strives for the total output of exploited rubber latex to reach 7,626.8 tons of dried latex. The total output of processed rubber latex is 8,926.8 tons of products, with total revenue reaching 697.54 billion VND. Cadres, employees, and workers have an average income of 8.41 million VND/person/month".
According to Mr. Tuong, at the same time, the affiliated farm branches continue to care for and look after the lives of workers, especially ethnic minorities in the area.
Dakruco is completing procedures and completing origin traceability software to export the Company's products in accordance with the European Union (EUDR) anti-deforestation laws.
The unit applies the regulations of the carbon credit market to register, implement technical measures to accumulate carbon and determine storage reserves. Thereby, it is necessary to invite reviews to issue credits and transactions on the market, according to Government regulations.
