Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued Auction Regulation No. 283-2025/QCDG-KB on organizing the auction of assets, materials and equipment owned by Phu Tho Power Company.
Accordingly, the auctioned assets are divided into two lots, the 5th liquidation of assets in 2025, with a total starting price of more than 6.6 billion VND.
The first batch of assets (code PCPT01) includes 367 categories of common recall equipment and supplies, excluding hazardous waste. The main assets are electric cables of all kinds, concrete power poles, porcelain, cutting machines, aptomat, electrical cabinets, meters, fiber optic cables and many other auxiliary materials.
All assets are damaged, poor or poor in quality, and are being auctioned at a starting price of more than VND6.49 billion (excluding VAT).
The second batch of assets (code PCPT02) includes 54 categories of recycling equipment containing hazardous waste, such as electronic meters, voltage transformers, bulbs, batteries, electronic equipment, alloy wheels, rubber gasoline, etc. The starting price of this batch is more than 112 million VND, excluding VAT.
According to the auction regulations, the property is sold on the spot, the auction participant is responsible for directly checking the current status at the warehouse of Phu Tho Power Company from December 10 to 12, 2025.
All costs for dismantling, transportation, treatment of hazardous waste and arising financial obligations shall be borne by the auction winner.
Registrants must submit valid documents and a deposit of 20% of the starting price of each lot before 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025.
For the lot of assets containing hazardous waste, participating organizations and individuals must have a valid hazardous waste management and treatment license or a cooperation contract with a qualified unit according to regulations.
The auction is expected to be held in the form of a direct auction, with an upward bidding, at 8:30 a.m. on December 24, 2025 at Vibe Viet Tri Hotel x2 (Phu Tho province). The minimum price step is set at 15 million VND for lot 1 and 5 million VND for lot 2.
According to the announcement, the auction winner must sign a sales contract within 3 working days from the effective date of the auction and complete the payment within the next 2 working days. The handover of the property will be done within 20 working days after the seller receives the full amount.
