On November 28, according to the reporter's investigation, the Cao Bang Province Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of the auction of the right to use 16 plots of land under the project "Developing land funds, dividing plots of houses in the central market of Thanh Nhat town, Ha Lang district" phase 2.
The auction will be held in 2 sessions, taking place on December 5.
According to research, the plots of land have an area of 72m2 to more than 122m2, located in Thanh Ha hamlet, Ha Lang commune (after the merger) - an area with completed technical infrastructure systems and convenient traffic locations.
All lots are divided into two auctions, in which the first lot includes 10 lots from A1 to A11 (except A8) held at 8:00 a.m.; the second lot includes 6 lots from A12 to A16 and A18, held at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
The common starting price is 2.92 million VND/m2, equivalent to the value of each lot ranging from over 210 million to nearly 357 million VND. Participants must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the starting price of the registered lot, the fee for purchasing documents is 100,000 VND and the prescribed price step is from 2.2 to 2.92 million VND/m2 depending on the lot.
Individuals registering to participate must be subjects allocated residential land by the State according to the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions under the Law on Property Auction.
The auction is conducted by a direct ticket set in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 5 rounds. The documents are sold and received from November 20 to December 2, 2025; the time for viewing land is from November 26 to 28; deposit is paid via bank transfer until 5:00 p.m. on December 2.
The center said this is an opportunity for people who need to access land funds in the central area of Ha Lang commune.
Ha Lang was formed on the basis of merging 3 units: Thanh Nhat town, Thi Hoa commune, Thong Nhat commune, area 81.13km2, population of 8,091 people. This is also a commune with a dozens of kilometers long border bordering China.
