World oil price today
At the end of a trading week, WTI crude oil was at 57.54 USD/barrel last weekend, increasing to 61.50 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, WTI oil increased by 3.96 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 6.9% compared to last week.
Brent oil was at 61.29 USD/barrel last weekend, increasing to 65.94 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, Brent oil increased by 4.65 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 7.6% compared to last week.
This is also the strongest increase in more than 4 months (since mid-May).
According to analysts, oil prices are affected by main factors, such as: OPEC+ announced an increase in oil production in November but the increase was lower than expected; global oil demand tends to weaken and the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues to raise concerns about supply disruption.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On October 26, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on October 23.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. Specifically, E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 176 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 177 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 538 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 291 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 273 VND/kg.
