World oil price today
World oil prices today increased simultaneously. At 10:03 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil was at 65.24 USD/barrel, up 0.32 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.49%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 64.92 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 65.02 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 66.73 USD/barrel, up 0.33 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.50%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 66.43 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 66.42 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices today continue to increase. At the end of yesterday's trading session (September 25), Brent and WTI oil increased by 0.8% and 0.9% respectively. The increase continued in this morning's session.
According to analysts, gasoline prices recovered slightly after previous sharp declines thanks to recently released US data showing that oil consumption demand in this country is quite high and investors expect the ceasefire between Israel and Iran to remain stable.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On June 26, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 (46 provinces and cities are applying) are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil has been adjusted according to the price of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade jointly announced in the price management session on the afternoon of June 19, 2025. Accordingly, domestic gasoline prices increased simultaneously.
E5 RON 92 gasoline price increased by VND 1,170/liter; RON 95 gasoline increased by VND 1,280/liter; diesel increased by VND 1,450/liter; kerosene increased by VND 1,410/liter; mazut increased by VND 1,180/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the price adjustment period this afternoon, retail prices of gasoline may continue to increase sharply.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 260 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 280 VND/liter; Diesel increases by about 550 VND/liter.
