This land area is located in residential group 4, Nghia Duc ward, Gia Nghia city.
The above land was reclaimed to lease to Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City) to implement the Dak Nut B Basin Mining and Exploitation Investment Project.
The form of land lease is that the state leases land with annual payments. The land rental price is determined to be 856,800 VND/m2.
The method of land lease is not through auction of land use rights and not through bidding to select investors.
The land use term is 1 year and 2 months, from the date of the land lease decision.
The provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to sign a land lease contract with Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC according to regulations.
