On the afternoon of February 25, in Cao Lanh ward, Dong Thap province, a meeting of typical entrepreneurs and startup youth of Dong Thap province was solemnly held. Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai happily said that in 2025, Dong Thap has completed and exceeded 26/27 Resolution targets, economic growth of 7.38%, budget revenue and social investment exceeded the set plan...
According to Mr. Ngai, this is a commendable achievement in the context that 2025 is the first year of administrative border mergers and also the year when Vietnamese businesses in general and Dong Thap in particular have to face many major challenges from economic recession to fierce competition in the market...
Stepping into 2026, according to forecasts, the world economic situation will still be volatile, so the province really hopes that businesses will continue to promote their achievements in the new conditions so that Dong Thap can successfully complete economic targets, in harmony with the general development of the whole country," Mr. Ngai emphasized.
After spending a lot of time listening to businesses present ideas and propose recommendations... on behalf of the leaders of Dong Thap province, Mr. Ngai said that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee always identify and wish to accompany, stand side by side, and listen to shares from businesses to support favorable production and business, growth and sustainable development.
