Cheap Mid-Autumn cakes sold by weight and question marks about origin
With more than a month until the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival cake market in Hanoi is already bustling. On some streets selling confectionery, many types of cakes of Chinese origin are sold in boxes, of which 5kg mini cakes are priced at about 380,000 VND, equivalent to a fairly low price compared to the general level.
Notably, the seller said that some types of cakes cannot be issued invoices due to related documents and food safety papers. Many other products such as seed-covered cakes, melted egg fillings, chocolate... also cost only a few thousand to more than 10,000 VND/piece.
The seller's indication that the price on the invoice may be much lower than the actual selling price raises the issue of transparency of the transaction.

Phu Tho establishes a 45-hectare industrial cluster, with capital of nearly 695 billion VND
Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2818/QD-UBND establishing Xuan Hoa Industrial Cluster with an area of 45ha. Innotek Xuan Hoa Co., Ltd. is assigned to be the investor in technical infrastructure construction, with a total investment capital of 695 billion VND, of which 15% is equity and 85% is loan capital.
The industrial cluster is oriented to attract high value-added industries, applying advanced and environmentally friendly technologies such as processing, manufacturing, mechanics, supporting industries, electronics, information technology, automation, new materials and biotechnology.

Quang Ninh leases more than 20 hectares of land to businesses for a waste-to-energy plant project
Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee decided to change the land use purpose, adjust the purpose and lease a total of more than 20.1ha of land in Thong Nhat commune to INDEVCO Group Joint Stock Company to implement the Waste-to-Energy Plant Project.
In which, more than 5.09 ha were converted from land of An Lac Cemetery Park Project, more than 14.14 ha were adjusted for purpose from the Solid Waste Treatment Center Project and nearly 0.88 ha were additionally leased.
The State leases land to INDEVCO, collects money once for the entire lease term, without going through land use right auctions or bidding to select investors.
