Lam Dong established a Working Group to support the commune in determining land prices and handling project site bottlenecks to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.

On August 3, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance said that in order to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital and remove difficulties and obstacles for investment projects in the province, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to sectors and units.

One of the key solutions is to perfect the apparatus of the Project Management Boards. The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to promptly complete this work.

The province also requested investors and localities and related units to urgently review and evaluate the disbursement capacity of each project. Projects without actual disbursement volume will be proposed to be cut, and capital will be transferred to projects with urgent needs, especially key projects.

The disbursement progress of each project must be reviewed and the plan must be rebuilt weekly, monthly, and quarterly in the last 6 months of 2025, ensuring that the disbursement reaches 100% of the assigned plan.

At the same time, it is necessary to focus and mobilize human resources to urge and direct the implementation of compensation and site clearance for projects.

Contractors are required to increase labor, equipment, and work overtime to make up for the progress during the rainy season. Weak and negative organizations and individuals will be strictly handled.

The province also urgently completes procedures for acceptance and settlement of completed projects; focuses on accelerating key projects such as Tan Phu - Bao Loc, Bao Loc - Lien Khuong, Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressways and the North - South high-speed railway through the province.

"The Department of Finance will preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to complete the Specific Land Valuation Council of the provincial level according to regulations. At the same time, a Working Group will be established to support and guide the commune level on specific land price determination and the application of land price lists to carry out site clearance for works and projects to ensure effectiveness before August 15, 2025" - the Department of Finance emphasized.

With strong instructions and clear assignment of responsibilities, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee is making efforts to remove each bottleneck to reach the deadline in disbursing public investment capital, striving to disburse 100% of the assigned plan by January 31, 2026.
