The inspection team is responsible for synthesizing the results, proposing handling measures and recommending to the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee before November 25, 2025 for consideration and issuance of the Inspection Conclusion according to regulations.
Mr. Nguyen Bao Trung - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee - emphasized: "This verification must be carried out objectively, fairly, transparently, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of business households, while rectifying and improving the efficiency of Kinh Mon market management in a civilized and modern direction".

Many traders said that the Market Management Board had cut off electricity, water, and collected many unreasonable fees, causing financial pressure, even extorting money from some households. In addition, there were also large gatherings, threats, stopping customers, destroying common property, causing disorder at the market.
