At the same time, this is an opportunity for the two countries to seize new development opportunities in the face of epochal changes in the world, promoting and facilitating investment in high-priority areas of each country such as digital economy, green economy, high technology, etc.

According to Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Da Nang has a particularly favorable geographical location and is one of the gateways to the sea of the East-West Economic Corridor, with the potential to become part of the global supply chain and production network due to its favorable connection to the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions, as well as the potential to become a city of sustainable tourism development as a connecting point for world heritages in the region.

Maximizing the strategic advantages of Da Nang, the local government has implemented many policies to help Da Nang become a major socio-economic center of the country, a center of marine economy, forming a logistics service supply chain in the Central region with a central role, moving towards becoming an important trading hub in the Southeast Asian region.
