On December 15, the State Bank of Vietnam officially put into operation the centralized administrative procedure settlement information system (TTHC) of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
Along with that, the SBV launched 32 full-process online public services related to businesses, with the file components replaced with data on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn.
From the time of announcing the above 32 full online public services, credit institutions, businesses and individuals can choose to submit documents online, directly or via post, depending on the needs and convenience for organizations and individuals to implement the TTHC.
The centralized information system for handling administrative procedures of the State Bank of Vietnam is built in a synchronous and modern direction, strongly applying digital technology, gradually comprehensively digitizing the process of receiving, processing and returning administrative procedures.
At the same time, this process meets the requirements of shortening processing time for documents, minimizing compliance costs for organizations and individuals. In addition, the publicity, transparency and efficiency of state management in the field of currency, banking and foreign exchange activities have also been improved.
In the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures, the State Bank will continue to synthesize needs to improve and enhance the quality of administrative procedures and the quality of the operation of the administrative procedures information system to best serve the administrative procedures of organizations and individuals. Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation goals according to the orientation of the Party and State and the process of building a digital government, digital economy and digital society.
