We are living in the digital age, witnessing the rapid development of technology and the explosion of social networks. When social networks can spread information in a flash, both real and fake news, both real and fake goods. How do you consider and evaluate the power of online "leaders" who are KOLs and KOCs?
I think the influence of KOLs and KOCs in the digital age is not small, they are the ones leading a certain campaign or message. Their words and actions can guide, enlight, and inspire millions of people, but can also unintentionally cause distraction if that person acts irresponsibly.
KOLs and KOCs today are not only those who promote products or share experiences, but sometimes they also have the ability to orient public opinion, shape lifestyles, and even change community behavior. Everything has two good and bad sides. If done correctly, they can create a wave of positive and sustainable value. If they do wrong, that influence can cause consequences that they themselves did not expect.
If you are allowed to express your opinion on social networks, the role and responsibility of KOLs and KOCs at the "KOLs in the era of national growth" Conference, what will you want to express most?
If I have the opportunity to share at the conference, what I want to say most is: it is time for us to recognize the role of KOLs and KOCs not only in promoting trade, but as an important resource for social development. They not only represent trends, but can also become a bridge between preserving traditional values and the spirit of innovation of the digital age.
I hope KOLs and KOCs will be aware that each of their posts and stories has weight. Our strength lies not in the number of followers, but in the depth of value we convey.
If we spread humane messages, honor kindness and encourage positive actions together, social networks will become a healthy and good environment, develop together and create motivation to promote the rise of the whole nation.
Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc also owns a personal page with 676 thousand followers. The number of 676 thousand followers, tens of thousands of likes and shares under each post on your personal page - what does it mean to Bao Ngoc?
For me, 676 thousand followers are not just a number, it is 676 thousand real people, with different stories and emotions. Every like, share or comment is a connection, a message that they are listening and caring for.
This makes me always clearly aware that I must not be superficial in anything I share. Those numbers are proof of everyone's trust, and I want to use that trust to spread positive messages, inspire beautiful living, not to follow temporary trends or popularity.

Social networks are considered a virtual world, but they are places with real power and real influence. There, everyone can express their personal views, anyone can be a media channel to spread information, anyone can judge and impeach a certain individual... How far will the danger go if there is no tightening of management by the authorities, in your opinion?
Without management and orientation, the biggest risk for social networks is turning it into a "gray area", where fake information is mixed with, emotions are manipulated, and human honor and reputation can be damaged in a short time. A hastily judgment, an unverified information can cause long-term consequences, even life in prison.
I believe that, in addition to the management of authorities, each person using social networks also needs to have their own "filter", know how to select information, know how to verify before sharing, and most importantly, know how to respect the truth and respect people. KOL, KOC, social networks will be truly good when operated with both intelligence and kindness.
How does setting criteria for evaluating KOLs and KOCs, creating a legal corridor for them to operate and establishing a Digital Trust Alliance - where the national KOL force is gathered to become a force with a positive influence from cyberspace to social life mean from Bao Ngoc's perspective?
In my opinion, this is a very necessary and meaningful step. When there are clear criteria and a legal corridor, KOLs and KOCs will have an orientation to operate more transparently, responsibly and sustainably. The birth of the Digital Trust Alliance will be like building a "common home", where influential people gather with the same goal: spreading good values, connecting the community, and creating a positive impact not only online but also in real life.
I believe that when people with a voice in society work together, we will create enough collective strength to contribute to changing the awareness and behavior of the community in a more positive way.

In the near future, Bao Ngoc will participate in the Miss World contest. What do you want to bring to this contest the most?
What I want to bring most is the image of a dynamic, humane Vietnam filled with aspiration to rise up. I not only want to introduce the natural beauty or traditional culture of the country, but also want to tell the story of the resilient, compassionate and always looking forward to the future Vietnamese people.
I hope that, through the journey at Miss World, everyone will see that Vietnam is not only a destination, but a source of inspiration for the harmony between identity and integration, between tradition and innovation.
