At about 8:30 am on April 8, Market Management Team (QLTT) No. 1 presided over and coordinated with Yen My Commune Police and Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Provincial Police and Yen My Basic Agricultural Technical Station to inspect a transport vehicle with license plate 29C-226. xx driven by Mr. N.D. H (with permanent residence address in Ha Dong ward, Hanoi City). Mr. N.D. H is also the owner of the goods.

The examination results revealed that the vehicle was transporting 570kg of pig intestines showing signs of decomposition, discoloration, foul odor, not ensuring veterinary hygiene and food safety, of unknown origin, on the way to consumption.

The owner of the goods, Mr. N.D. H, committed administrative violations, transporting dead animals and animal products that do not meet veterinary hygiene and food safety requirements for illegal business.

The Team Leader of Market Management Team No. 1 issued a decision to sanction administrative violations with a fine of 10 million VND and forced the destruction of the entire shipment of 570kg of pig intestines.

Market Management Team No. 1 has coordinated with functional agencies to supervise the destruction of all 570kg of pig intestines according to the provisions of law.
